Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Cherish. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About Cherish

Cherish is a relationship management web application that helps professionals track client relationships, log interactions, and draft personalised messages using AI. The Service is operated by [YOUR COMPANY NAME], registered in [YOUR COUNTRY]("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cherish. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans and billing

Free plan

Available at no cost. Limited to 10 contacts and manual notes only. No credit card required.

Pro plan — €12/month

Billed monthly. Includes unlimited contacts, AI voice note extraction, AI message drafting, and direct send integrations. Your first 7 days are free — you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Upload, store, or transmit any content that is harmful, abusive, or violates a third party's rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service

6. Your data

You retain full ownership of all contacts, notes, and data you upload to Cherish. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. AI-generated content

Cherish uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to extract context from your notes and draft messages. AI-generated content is a suggestion only — you are responsible for reviewing any message before sending it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated output.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service — including the name "Cherish", the software, design, and branding — are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Cherish available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cherish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business relationships. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR JURISDICTION].
